The Apartment
Very Centrally located - actually right in the geographical center of Paris - at Pont Royal (built in 1685 during the reign of Louis XIV). This very sunny, comfortable 'pied-a-terre" studio apartment has a prestigious address - Quai Voltaire - on the Seine facing the Louvre. Truly one of the most enchanting places to stay in the City of Light. In your neighborhood you will find a mixture of handsome 18th century architecture and magnificent views from the tree-lined Quai and Pont Royal. Many famous people have lived in the neighborhood - Voltaire lived and died (in 1778) in the house next door and the ballet star Rudolph Nuryev lived in our building during the final 15 years of his life.
On the 1st floor (one up from street level) of a beautiful 18th century building - with secured digicode access - this beautiful, totally renovated apartment looks out on a pleasantly chic & scenic courtyard and is very quiet.

This very sunny & comfortable traditional French apartment was totally renovated and beautifully re-decorated to a 4 star standard in May 2006. All furnishings are brand new. Fully furnished with new bathroom, complete kitchen and central heating.. The building and the apartment have retained the high ceilings & traditional French architecture.
The courtyard entrance has the enormously high stone roof that was necessary to accommodate the large coaches and horses from centuries ago. Step outside the building and you see the Louvre on the other side of the Seine.
The apartment has French windows with white
steel shutters and high ceilings, which enhance the warmth & charm of
its French/Italian decor. High speed internet access is also included. You can be assured of a pleasant and restful
stay.
The building has an elevator. The apartment has a fully equipped
kitchen/dining area , a living area with a large
& luxurious queen-sized sofa bed and a new fully equipped bathroom
. There is more than ample storage space throughout the apartment.
Other amenities include: clothes washer & dryer, television, clock
radio, telephone, central heating and and parquet floors
High quality cotton sheets and towels, plates, pots and pans, ironing board and iron,
hairdryer, duvets, pillows.
Dry cleaners, pharmacies, and grocers abound nearby. Paid parking nearby.

We advise you to send a deposit (20%) to hold your reservation as we do fill up quite fast.
The deposit may be sent by bank transfer or credit card - details of
which will be provided when you make your reservation.
The remaining balance for your stay is then to be paid in cash when you arrive and receive the keys to the apartment.
A 200 Euro cash Key/breakage deposit will also be taken at that time, refunded upon your departure.
The prices quoted above are complete and cover everything, including taxes.
